Question 1

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed, subject to stock availability. You'll get an email + WhatsApp update once it ships.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

3–5 business days for most regions in India, and 7–10 business days for remote or eastern regions. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier or weather issues.

Question 3

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Track your Sheens order on our Track Order page. Enter the order ID we sent you on WhatsApp and email after checkout to see the latest status. Updates can take a little time to appear after we dispatch your order.

Question 4

Do you ship outside India?

Accepted Answer

At the moment, we ship across India only.

Question 5

Why am I being charged a COD fee?

Accepted Answer

Courier and logistics partners charge an additional surcharge for Cash on Delivery. We pass this on as a ₹30 COD fee. Prepaid orders ship free across India.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns or replacements only for products that are incorrect, damaged on delivery, missing, or tarnished within the warranty period. For hygiene reasons, returns based on personal preference aren't accepted.

Question 7

How does the 90-day tarnish guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

Every Sheens piece is covered for tarnishing for 90 days from delivery. We'll replace it with the same design (or an alternate of similar value if unavailable). A ₹150 processing fee applies. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Question 8

Why is an unboxing video required?

Accepted Answer

For incorrect, missing, or damaged item claims, we need an uncut unboxing video starting before the outer parcel is opened. This protects genuine buyers and helps us verify claims fairly.

Question 9

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks.

Question 10

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before confirming.

Question 11

Will my Sheens piece tarnish or turn my skin green?

Accepted Answer

No. Every piece is made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel and finished with 18K gold plating, so it won't tarnish, rust, or leave any green or black marks on your skin.

Question 12

Is it really waterproof? Can I shower, swim, or sweat in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — showering, washing your hands, sweating at the gym, and getting caught in the rain are all fine. We still recommend taking it off for chlorinated pools, the sea, and saunas to keep the gold plating looking new for longer.

Question 13

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, so it's gentle on sensitive skin and ears — including freshly-healed piercings.

Question 14

What exactly is “demi-fine” jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Demi-fine sits between fashion and fine jewellery: a solid stainless steel base (not hollow or brass) with real 18K gold plating. It lasts years like fine jewellery, but at a fraction of the price.

Question 15

How long will the gold plating last?

Accepted Answer

With normal everyday wear, the plating stays vibrant for 1–2+ years. Avoiding perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals on the piece — and storing it dry — extends that further.

Question 16

How do I clean my jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear. For a deeper clean, use a touch of mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry completely before storing.

Question 17

How should I store my pieces?

Accepted Answer

Store each piece in its original pouch, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keeping pieces separate prevents scratches from other jewellery.

Question 18

What should I avoid?

Accepted Answer

Put your jewellery on last (after perfume, lotion, and makeup) and take it off first. Avoid chlorinated pools, salt water, saunas, and harsh cleaning chemicals to extend the life of the plating.

Question 19

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery.

Question 20

Is COD available? Is there a fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most pincodes. A ₹30 COD fee applies. Prepaid orders ship free.

Question 21

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways. Sheens never stores your full card details.

Question 22

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and save your address for next time.

Question 23

How do I change my shipping address after ordering?

Accepted Answer

You can update your shipping address yourself within the first 6 hours of placing your order using the link below. After that window, message us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll try to update it if the order hasn't been dispatched.

Question 24

I didn't get an order confirmation — what now?

Accepted Answer

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, message us on WhatsApp with the email or phone number used at checkout and we'll resend it.
