Shipping Policy
At Sheens, we take great care in ensuring that every order reaches you safely and on time. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
Acceptance and availability
All orders placed on our website are contingent upon acceptance and availability. While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, the availability of certain items may change quickly due to high demand.
Occasionally, a product may appear “in stock” at the time of purchase but become unavailable during order processing. In such cases, our team will promptly notify you and offer an alternate option or a full refund.
Shipment timeline
Orders that are successfully placed are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, provided the products are available in stock. You will receive an update via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Delivery timeframe
We partner with Shiprocket Logistics and their associated courier networks for all deliveries across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- 3–5 business days for most regions across India.
- 7–10 business days for remote or eastern regions.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, stock shortages, weather disruptions, or logistical challenges. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an estimated delivery date for your order.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe mentioned in your confirmation email, please contact us at care@sheens.in with your name and order number, or reach out to us via Instagram for quick assistance.
Third-party shipping
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners. While we work closely with them to ensure timely delivery, Sheens is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping provider or circumstances beyond our control.
Our team actively coordinates with our logistics partners to encourage prompt delivery and resolution of any shipping-related issues.
Sale order packaging
Products purchased during sale periods, promotional offers, or special campaigns may be shipped in common or shared shipment packaging instead of individual product boxes.
This helps us process high volumes of sale orders more efficiently and deliver them to you faster. Rest assured, all items are still packed securely with care to ensure they reach you safely and in good condition.
COD shipping fee
A shipping fee of ₹30 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.
